This is where we insert the blurb about how amazing we are, how bad every other agent is and why you must work with us, right? Wrong. In some cases, we may not be the right agent for you. Let me explain…
We do things differently here.
If you are shopping around for an agent based on who will drop their fee the lowest, or who will falsely over value your home to win your signature then that’s a battle we are happy to lose. Every time. In fact, if that’s you – drop me a message and I will put you in contact with the local agent I know will drop their fees at any cost to win your business. Sound fair?
If a company can’t be honest with you, or competently negotiate their own fee on your first encounter – how can you have confidence they will be able to negotiate you the best price for your home?
See, our goal isn’t to advertise every property within our market. Every property can & will sell with the correct strategy, exposure and marketing.
